Famed road racer Nobuhiro “Monster” Tajima placed 5th overall in Sunday’s Pikes Peak International Hill Climb (PPIHC) and recorded a 9-minute run for the 4th consecutive year on Giti tires.
Yesterday was a good day for “Monster” Tajima. Nobuhiro “Monster” Tajima began with a qualifying run at Pikes Peak that puts him in the fifth position for Sunday’s race. Tajima and his team gained some valuable insights, which will help on race day –the 100th anniversary of this historic race.
